First of all communicate about it. Ask her what the biggest attraction for her is, her fears, concerns and what she would like to have happen.
Understanding some of the turn ons then allows you to help set the scene. Would she like you to watch first, or have the other person watch. Is there a particular thing that she has in her mind that is the ultimate sexy experience.
Once you set some guidelines and boundaries then you have a much greater chance of success. Most of all just be as normal as you can, talk to each other (including the other guy) and make sure everyone is having a great time.
