New year new me

Soooo whos still on the new year new me buzz?

Im still going to the gym and eating healthy and no alcohol.........how long can i keep it up?god knows haha

On the plus side im down 5 lbs with a goal of 1 stone.

Id murder a takeaway!

Any tips or advice welcome

Fair play and keep it up is all ill say. I got in shape before a recent trip to Thailand and since coming home ive been eating crap and putting weight on again. Maybe ill get my ass in gear next year haha

Oh i hear ye! I lost a good bit of weight a few years ago but put it back on and then some haha

Hmmmm maybe i need to book a trip to thailand for some motivation

You have to have some treats or you won’t stick to it. Allow yourself one meal a week that is a cheat meal but obviously don’t go mental and order the whole menu lol

You’ll stick at it longer if you don’t deprive yourself and also sex is the best workout have more of that

I want to go tge first 4 weeks without a cheat meal. I have some healthy treats and i have yogurts for snacks and fruit. Your right tho,its about balance if i want to sustain it

i hear ya OP. im back on track too and also down 5pds gym outdoor walks/jogs.. for me i give myself a treat night as in saturday night dinner and a few drinks wont hurt u still have to have a fun social life. the way to look at it is as a do able lifestyle change rather than a "diet" that word makes me eat more.. the main key is slow & steady wins the race as it stays off longer. good luck at reaching ur goal OP

I'm still on it ... 5k a day healthy eating. I don't do dry January,in my opinion it's a load of bullocks. It makes for a bingy February. On saying that I've not had a drink since the 1st but I might tonight. Feeling great and was 4 and a half pound down .... I'd love a stone of by February
