city

I buy like 25 chicken breasts, a couple of turkey fillets, 3 or 4lb of mince, a couple of burgers, in one go from the butcher. I split it all up into single day portions and chuck in the freezer.

Then pop over to lidil and fill my arms up with tins of fish, Big bags of carrots, a big box of oranges if they have it.

Then I pop to tesco to buy the stuff I use weekly, quinoa, burger buns, butter, protein milk, alpen style breakfast, eggs, peri peri flavour etc etc

My food comes out to only 2 or 3 euro a day.
