So with it being a new year, I'm going for a day of full medical check ups. Sitting in the hospital reception at the mo. Been years since I've gone to a doctor, let alone do anything like this. Do most men here fall into the stereotype of not getting regular check ups? Ladies also, do you get checked out .... be well used to being looked at on here  |

All went well. 6 hours I was there. Bloods, then x days, heart checks, blood pressure, hearing, sight. Full body examination. Skin check, genitals, prostate, reflex, lungs, the works. Incredibly thorough and glad I did it. Have a few things to work on, but that's to be expected. Told to get more excersise to increase serotonin release. Asked if sex counted. Said yes, but need more than that. Asked if loads of sex with loads of people counted. Said yes, and raised an eyebrow.
So the point of it all is, we need to look after each other's health folks, so let's get it on |

Oh ladies just reading this and I just want to say don't put off smears. It's not nice , it's uncomfortable, a tad embarrassing but it's so important. I'd a scare last year. I'd been putting off my smear test, it could of been so much worse. Just book that appointment if it's due |

Think it costs around €900 for the one they do in Blackrock Clinic. Used to get it done every 2yrs as we could pay monthly through work.
Getting the bloods n pee done next week. I'm expecting to be told off for something  |
