We had a guy used to come to our place of work and take the piss,he would also take blood and stool samples and test them for carcinogens and mutagens due to our exposure to a lot of chemicals,I don't think the OP was this dude though.

Gym body seems to be the standard required by many on here..therefore an ordinary body works best for me in both male and female.

In june I am gym fit but December I'm normal. That doesnt really change who i am or my capabilities but i eould still have no issue with people making a choice either way.

That said there are far more body types than gym fit and what we might call normal on a BMI scale.

Bearing in mind, Ireland has a chronic obesity problem, what might have been considered normal a number of years ago, is certainly not the normal of today..
