Depends on your own company policy.. Most require a docs note after 3 days.. others required a fitness to return..You really need to check your company handbook.. |

Depends if work pays u if u are out sick if they do most want a doctors cert after 3 days if they do not u need a MC1 form from your doctor to claim from your stamps only thing social welfare do not pay u for first 6 days |

Aye I work for the financial sector in UK so I am Abit puzzled about the way do things yah I have a self cert for first 5days means they have to pay me but I am wondering can they fire me |
