Right guys, no pisstaking please.I have met a girl who is 22 years younger than me!!!.She wants to start a relationship , but Im a little bit nervy as to how bith our families and friends will react.We are from same place and families are known to each other.Im worried that people will see me as a dirty pld bastard and her as a golddigger. If you're bank rolling her then you've made a decision to have that dynamic in your relationship. If the relationship is based on attraction and feelings, then what is the issue.

You are both consenting adults so what you both get up to isn't really anybody else's business if you both aren't harming anyone else.
Those who genuinely matter to you and her should want to see you both happy.
Anybody who would begrudge you both being happy together shouldn't or doesn't really matter.
Life is too short. Better to try and know rather than live with the regret of never knowing.

The age gap doesn't work for everyone, I was younger than my x hubby, and he left me for maturer woman, u can't win, just be careful she doesn't get bored and she will leave u for guy her age, hopefully for ur sakes it won't happen, but best of luck, keep her interested in you, if she's a keeper. Just don't get your heart broken, gud luck with it.  |

First off, congratulations on the relationship. All relationships face different issues, throughout their duration let alone at the start but these are faced easier with good communication. Talk your fears through with her and face it together.

A few things if you have to ask on a forum well then there's doubt in your mind.
She might be younger but shes not a child. You pointed out you both have jobs and your own homes... I don't think this should be an issue . Money should never come into the equation. Just go for it as some one said it might last a week a year or forever just make the most of your time together. Just be honest with her let her know of your sexual preferences.
