Freshening it up ? I'm not having a dig at you . In my opinion if people are drawn to a profile age won't be a factor. At present I assume people are not given the thread you have posted.
In my opinion your views often come across as let's say "old school" on the forums. It is very plausible to suggest that a majority of people who frequent swing sites have a more progressive world view. Your posts may irk the ladies somewhat . You for sure have a few lads that agree with you but.... that's not much use for trying to woo the ladies.
Just my opinion mind you. |

I seem to go for older my self and I know a few others where age doesn't make a difference 
I don't think you can say it's just an age problem but I do know it's harder on males here in fab then women |

I prefer being older. I'm wiser, more relaxed, take better care of myself because I have to. I have my own style which makes clothes shopping easier. I'm attractive to a certain kind of lady no matter what age she is. Life is simpler. Its all good. Sure...lots of ladies rule me out on age grounds, but sure so what? Lots of others don't ???? |

Age is just a number. Don’t understand people that find age a limit. You never know what your missing out on. I keep myself in shape and found with the experience I have gained over the years it’s Made me a great lover...... hope that does not sound big headed. I am not like that but I am confident |

Interesting thread. I'm cool about the age thing, but of course have to accept that there are very few couples and ladies that accept mail from older generation guys like me....

No doubt most profiles have 55 or even younger as cut off point.
I have met some lovely people. Had some great fun. Age wasn't a barrier. I believe age is is just a number in people's minds. Very little to do with performance.
But each to their own.
We all have our preferences.
I always find it interesting that in the UK there are people swinging into their 70,s.
Doesn't seem to b the same here.
Are we old before our time.

Yes there are Social meets.
But when u look at the profile of those who are organising them it's the same old problem.
Their cut off point is a lot younger.
As far as I understand one has to b invited to socials.
Maybe I'm wrong. |

Just because a host of a social has their own personal profile set with age filters doesn't necessarily mean the social is set for that age group either. The socials I host have no age filters. On the other hand I have seen other socials/parties where there are age restrictions. |

I usually have a thread up on this forum advertising when the social is so that way it's open to all to comment on it.. i don't welcome people PM me for invites as my mailbox is busy enough as it is.
