Body - stay healthy (body shape is only of secondary importance)

Spirit - hold onto things that last, not those that are fleeting

I think a serious challenge, for myself and others, would be to stop replying to the Kiss/Fuck/Avoid threads.

He said after just replying to one.

I know, almost impossible, as it gives you an opportunity to say that you wouldn't mind getting to know someone that you can't contact normally as a result of their profile restrictions.
