I do indeed. It's easy to remember which is the right one. Discrete is the one you don't want.... That's 'individually separate'. Just like the two e's either side of the T . What you do want is discreet which is far from discreet in is spelling with the two e's side by side for all to see. The hussies! |

Op, I'm going to admit that I actually googled that one as I thought they both meant the exact same thing... one being the english and the other the american spelling...

@jd Still totting up scores. So far it's neck and neck between 2 guys and a couple. Not saying who... that wouldn't be discreet.
Also taking replies in private btw FYI...
Looks like I'll need to pay another trip to Capel Street again before long. There's a really cute expat babydyke I've been eyeing up for awhile... really helpful when it comes to advice on purchasing a harness. ;^) |

Discreet is the word you use for keeping things secret or hidden.
Discrete means separated and on its own, ancillary could have a similar meaning.
The term could be used in legal circles to describe some documents being discrete (ancillary or in addition to perhaps,the main report)
