Personally I've yet to personally see a BBC. Have seen several SBC.
Smallest was Indian but it was a close competition (barely long finger length).
Largest I've seen were white guys, one tall other same height as me so can't say there is any height to length ratio that I've noticed.

Yeah, europeans are tiny, and the average male height in Ireland is 5'10 and a half, measured and medically proven. We actually self report our height smaller than we are, in the past we self reported as 5'7 and then 5'10, when measured it was 5'10 and a half.
I can't really see the link between cock size and body height. Based on my experience there's no correlation whatsoever.
Also your list is quite interesting. I didn't know that there are 5 Norways, 3 Germanys and Sweden and Denmark seem to exist several times too.
