"Are your jobs hosting a party for ye this year?
Looking forward to it?
Have they been good previous years?
Personally cannot wait for mine "
There a potential nightmare for employers, dust off the dignity at work policy, and circulate to all |

"Hate it
Avoid at all costs
Would rather gouge my eyes out with a blunt implement
Sick of being mithered to go"
Ooh. This is my first proper big party within where I work so yeah.
I'll proceed cautiously.

In the interest of a good working relationship, it's best not to know how moronic your colleagues are after a few drinks |

No interest in one either....

Yeah, why would you hang out with co-workers if you're not being paid?"
Because you might enjoy their company? |

I always find excuses not to go or have lied about going and then didn’t.
I manage people and it’s really no fun listening to all the complaints all night and trying to ignore watching people making fools of themselves, while every single word or move of mine is scrutinised. |
