Hi all...I've been thinking a while about having some good black and white pics taken for my profile..anyone know of someone who does that kind of work? |

There are loads of photographers out there who do private shoots but it's definitely harder to find one that will shoot guys as it more often than not makes them feel uncomfortable.
It really does depend on the level of nudity involved. Have you tried taking your own shots after a self portrait tutorial on YouTube etc. |

Honestly given that most do their browsing on mobile, I wouldn't bother. You could google boudoir photographers in your area and give them a ring.
If you have a halfway decent mobile phone, you can get some decent shots. A bluetooth remote and a mobile phone (suction cup thingy) holder will free up your hands.
Stay out the bathroom, the light is too harsh. A south facing window is very good, with blinds even better. Maybe a lamp near a mirror Pay attention to the background, no clutter. Experiment a bit.
Editing wise, have a look at an app called VSCO, this is great for simulating film and is used by many professionals. Have fun. |

Sometimes beneath a velux window can give excellent results. Look on the top pics here to see what poses you like and try to replicate. Take dozens and keep the best |
