I'm old enough to remember seeing men sporting a "comb over/sweep" where men tried to conceal that they were going bald  It never worked  Wigs don't fare much better from what I've seen...
One of my friends is a hairdresser and went abroad to get a hair transplant and in fairness he looks great...
