It's called phismosis. The fore skin tightens. Sex makes it tear and scar and untreated the fore skin becomes just scar tissue and sex eventually becomes painful.
Treatment is circumcision under General anaesthetic. Recovery is two weeks and you will be very very tender down there.
The surgeon will retain all the nerve endings so no loss of sensation.
Best to get your gp to refer you to a surgeon |

A load of shit, had my remove 10 years ago. Never look back sensation never went it was a great relief to have it remove, people that said it does haven't had it done  |

Nothing like talking shite while knowing nothing. I had mine done ten years without any loss of sensation. The nerve endings are behind the head of the penis not In the foreskin.
There are no fucking glands in the foreskin and it makes zero difference once the wound has recovered
Certainly if the fore skin isn't causing serious discomfort leave it alone

I suffered the same prob for approx two years, tight foreskin that wud tear and swell during sex eventually makin sex too painful to enjoy. Went to doctor and got referred for circumcision a month ago. Still a bit tender and not ready for action yet but wish I’d done it sooner |

Pinch your foreskin and at the back you will feel a small ball. That's the sensitive area. Above that is fore skin. It is no more sensitive than your elbow. The sensitive portion is below it.
A man with phismosis has desensitized scar tissue form on the fore skin. The fore skin tightens more and more. Pulling back the fore skin is painful. After sex it cracks and bleeds then heals and scars more.

Got mine cut 2 or 3 years ago as foreskin got tight too and an ex said i had a deformed cock which i couldn't get out of my head.
