Had a good few drinks last night . Woke up early ish feeling ok ,and with the hangover horn . Then a couple of hours ago , bang , hangover from hell kicks in ! Feel so nauseous, worse than I’ve felt in years . Will I live ? Suggestions of hangover cures welcome, xx Grainne |

I think it’s just I was working so late , didn’t get home till really late , hadn’t eaten properly , and that included nit drinking enough water during the day. Hydration is definitely the key , and it’s not like I drank a massive amount . Still not feeling good by the way |

Yes , apparently regular good sex can add up to ten years to your lifespan !!! Ok not so much in the last ten years since I became a mummy , but if we were to go on my previous sex life , the twenty years between 17 and 37 ( when I got pregnant) , I’d say I’m due to live , FOREVER !!! |
