Seems to be a lack of communication if you can't discuss these things.

To add further to what you asked earlier op. You want to know if it was the drink talking.
One thing I can say to you is that alcohol lowers a person's inhibitions but it doesn't create any thoughts or feelings that weren't already there.
So basically, what's in a person when they are sober and safeguarded comes out of them when they are d*unk and lower their guard.
The two most honest people types in the world are kids and d*unk people. Lol 
So chances are that she meant what she said but now that she is sober again she may feel somewhat inhibited about telling you that she really meant it.

Maybe pick up on the conversation you had last night when you both sober. Just start of with that you like the idea of having a threesome and if she really would fancy that.
