Take a multi vitamin after drinking before you go to sleep.
Not a miracle cure but it certainly takes the edge of the hangover.
The hard part is remembering to take multi vitamin whilst d*unk.
The science behind it? Basically your liver is too busy processing the alcohol instead of processing vitamins from any foods you have eaten, especially B vitamins which are your energy giving ones.
By taking the multi vitamin it replaces and makes up for the vitamins you lost out on while your liver was busy processing the alcohol instead.
Try it and you will notice next morning you are a lot less groggy and tired the next day. |
