....no it’s not about how to get along on FAB

I need a space to establish my guitar manufacturing business. If anyone knows someone who has a small cottage in Cork to be rented out where I can build my acoustic guitars, please let me know

Ideally in the region of East Cork

Didn’t had much luck at Daft.ie so far.

Any help welcome

Have u tried ur local enterprise board or resource center as domestic dwellings are fetching top dollar sometimes a small space in a resource center may suit better

Hmm, that’s certainly a good hint. The challenge is that guitar making is a very dusty affair , also the fumes of shellac or lacquers are not really everyone’s cuppa, that’s why I looked for a little isolated cottage, could be in need for renovation, I would pay for that.

Or better still talk with one or both and see what assistance is available to someone looking to set up such a venture. Maybe use the money to provide a scrubber system to wash the fumes of the shellac and extractors to collect the dust
