Not if you intentionally negatively affect her career when she declines.
So let's say you're going for a new job and the person interviewing you is an older man who asks you for sex by opening his trousers and taking his penis out. The new job is perfect for you with substantially better pay. Do you fuck some dirty old man for that job? I'm going to guess you don't.

Oh and by the way, dirty old man controls all the other companies that could offer you a similar job in your field of expertise and now he's going to tell all his company bosses not to be hiring you.
