Thinking of throwing a house fab party

Not 100% sure I can get it all sorted but If I do, these are the ideas I have.
What sounds good, what is ok and what would be a "don't do that"
The house is located 2 mins from a nice hotel. Near the Meath/Louth border. So good for northern and southern swingers.
I've been to clubs and house parties, so I know how they work depending on the crowd, venue etc.
I used to run events so planning comes as second nature.
Ok here's the plan.
Scenario number 1.
Six play rooms.
A lounge with a fireplace and porn on tv.
A gym with some equipment.
A private (if the doors closed) don't enter room.
A disco music room with big bed, couch, flashing lights, music videos and a shower.
A standard play room with big bed and couch and desk.
A cam room (the only place) where you can use your phone, make a video or even go online and chat in cam rooms.
A Jacuzzi.
Outdoor fire for smokers.
And last of all, a convertible car, roof down, placed out of view of anyone for having fun beneath the stars. (Will be cold though)
Three rooms will be kept for guest to stay over (b&b style) and will have sheets extra changed at 3am for the guests to have.
Scenario number 2.
A dinner party for a smaller crowd with everyone getting a bedroom.
Three course meal, breakfast in morning.
All the above areas available.
Both will be bring your own beer and of course drug free!
Condoms and towels supplied.
So.....
Which would you prefer?
What would you add/remove?

One or maybe both will happen and anyone interested will be kept informed too.
Won't be till jan 2018 due to life getting in the way.

Definitely going to organise one for the new year.
Good few fab friends interested and a few new people who are too.
Just fixed Jacuzzi (it's the small bath type version but it works) so that's a bonus haha.
Is there anything on the list that people wouldn't like?

Once it's clearly labeled it's up to partygoers if they want to go into the room or not. perhaps add a disclaimer to the invite or put a sign up on the night? |

As long as it's clearly labeled and people know it's a cam room I can't see it been an issue. It's personal choice after that  |

Best of luck with your party if it goes ahead.personally I'd cut the cam room.its a party people are mingling as it is and alcohol, party's and videos not allways a good mix together but that only my opinion .there is plenty that will love the idea. |

Ooh that sounds a very hot idea. Luv the idea of play rooms . I have noticed a lot of people at parties have to have drink on board before they play . I myself rather be sober playing . Maybe it my imagination . If I had to much drink on me don't think I could play to be honest . |
