I work in an all male environment and recently we got a male north London guy who's really being sexist to the 22 girl in the front desk. He's my direct superior and while she's in house I work on the road so my observations are brief. Do I ask her if it's ok or ask another woman in the office to ask her ? |

Ask her out straight is she ok you’ve notice him being that way with her. That sort of crap happens all the time! Can be good to know someone has noticed and it’s not all in your head |

I meant its not his issue to get involved in unless she asks him personally for advise or help in dealing with situation then he should stay out off it for all he knows she might not have problem with it and just think its banter he hasn't actually said how the guy was been sexist yet.  |

It's all male 30 or so bar the 1 female nothing up to now but due to expansion a new girl was hired and the 2 girls moved into the main office away from all the men. He's perving on her all the time and tried to get her involved in all the conversations sexual or not . I cut my finger the other day and he said she'd kiss it better. If it was my daughter she would have poured a hot coffee over his crotch a long time ago |

oh well that's not on maybe tell him hes been inappropriate and needs give it rest but prob better if she said it to him and told him she didn't appreciate his behaviour towards her |

If it was me I’d ask her is she ok. Whatever anyone thinks it’s her business, if you found that uncomfortable you can guarantee she has found it uncomfortable. She is probably too afraid to say anything and lose her job. Definitely ask her is she ok and then it’s more in her court and not just in her “head” |

I have a daughter and if any man was treating her like that I would kick his ass! If you are uncomfortable by it you can guarantee she is! Say it to her and then she knows she’s not imagining it and do what she wants to do then |

Talk to her about it. She might not have a problem about it. Then Again she most likely does have a problem with it and you asking her is she ok and noticing it's a problem could be enough for her to go to HR |
