I would imagine it's something along the lines of the "shared experience" they may discuss a hot celeb or dare I say it a female fabber and how turned it they make them....one thing leads to another and the cocks come out.
You need only look at the casual encounters section of craigslist and see the many "phone wank over our wives" ads and realise that a wank group is the next logical step....
