Picture allocation

Hey just wondering if anyone else has or had this problem we have a sliver plan which allows a daily upgrade of 8 pic per day and a total allocation of 150

We have 134 but it won't allow us any more I've tried emailing on verifiable site but no response it's well out of order I paid up when aske. Can anyone help
