I went to 5 different surgeons before I decided who I would go with, and my sister came with me to each appt and I interviewed the surgeon so to speak and discussed the appt with my sister ...
its a big discision to alter your body |

I would say check which countries do a lot of such procedures. It seems that in spain they are very popular. My friend's gf has done her boob job there and it went very well and she was very happy with results.
Ireland is super expensive, so look at Mediterranean area, which is not far away, much cheaper and surgeons more experienced (plastic surgery is much more popular there as people are crazy about how they look, etc).
I recommend you do some research about it. |

You will need after care and in case of a recall issue you would need a reputable surgeon with a good patient tracking system down to the batch number of the implant and which tit its in (sorry). You are getting a medical inplant you need to remember this and that like implants they wear out, there is a ten year life cycle for a breast inplant, so in ten year's time you will need to have them out.which means another surgery
Always ask or look for credentials if you are going abroad research who the country's medical council are has the surgeon been reviewed. What's the reputation of the countries medical council, generally in the eu you are OK
I would say stay in Ireland you get what you pay for. |

Certainly wouldn't advise getting the cheapest or travelling.
Good clinics in UK. I've seen aome of the surgeons' work and approved 
The girls who get best results seem to reaearch the type they want and then find the surgeon who specialises in that type for their body type.
Also may I add, it's your body but you are gorgeous without. |

Krakow in poland for all kind of prcedures i got some dental work done very very cheap compared to Ireland but i know theres all kindo if procedures being done all to EU Standard !!!!! V cheap to get there and hotels are v cheap and v plush !!!! |
