Hi guys , was goin to try the membership for a while and see how it went ? Anyone confirm if it's safe enough to do it via call or text ? That it's not one of these rip off sites that keep on charging you ?

It's perfectly safe, I've never had any problems. They only charge you for the option of membership you want and it doesn't have automatic renew and it tells you how long you have left. I'm not sure about the call or text feature working in the Republic as one poster above says, I think it only works on UK telephone numbers but I could be wrong and if you use your card, it comes up on your statement as the name of the payment company and not the site name. Great benefits for being a member, the one I've found the most is when you are mailing a non member and you return a reply to the mail and they haven't a clue what they wrote to you coz they aren't a site supporter and cannot see the mail history between both of you. When that happens to me, I know their not worth the hassle of trying to get to know them. |

Because they haven't paid a membership fee or because they can't remember your conversation? I've not paid recently, for two reasons. One because I can't always afford it and two because when I really needed help with a stalking problem there was no help. But I can guarantee you that if we'd been chatting and I couldn't remember my last message, I'd scroll back till I found it. |

I think the membership is very handy. As well as that, it doesn't exactly break the bank. It's not extortionate like some other sites.
The things I find handy with the membership.....
In the chatroom there can sometimes be nice or interesting cams..... with membership you can dock more than one cam. I can have five on my screen at the same time (on a desktop or laptop.....mobile is different).
With membership you get a better chat room app where the chat flow is easier to follow and write on. I find the chat app on mobile for non supporters to be very fiddly and fumbly and hard to keep up with.
In messages I can see the message history between myself and the person.... a bit like what you get on social media messenger services. I used to find it really cumbersome having to click out of a message I'd just received to click on other previous messages from the person or go into my sent folder to check messages I had sent to try and recall the whole conversation to that point.
I can also see who has viewed my profile. Sometimes I have looked and seen people who have looked at my profile that caught my eye and sent them a message and it has initiated good chat and sometimes more.
Some people, depending on their filter settings, will only allow messages from site supporters. Again, being able to message some of these persons has led to good chat and sometimes more.
If you are a site supporter then there are a good few women that will notice and see that you are taking this site seriously and therefore may feel more inclined to chat with you rather than non supporters.
There's probably plenty more pros but these are ones just of the top of my head. Definitely worth the money I feel.
As well as that, because the concept behind this website is something I strongly agree with and want to see expand then I'm only happy to support it by contributing a few quid to it.
I'd actually love to meet this site's founders some day in person and shake their hand and give them a huge congrats on creating something I, and I'm sure many others, think is wonderful. Hope this helps.

I have used my card and never had any problems. They don't try to recharge your card. You either let your membership run out or you go to renew or extend your membership again.
Also on your bank statement it doesn't come up as Fab or Fabswingers. I can't remember what it shows up as but it is something discrete that nobody would wonder about. |

Hi Sally, what I meant is, some members who aren't site supporters can't see previous mails. It comes up with 'site supporters can read previous mails' or something like that on it. I've a lot lately replied to mails only to get my mail deleted or them replying to me that they can't see or remember what they had written to me. That's fine and their choice but I'm not here to have small talk or one word mails with people who can't be arsed. As for not having the money to pay, yeah that's your choice and I'm not judging. Every one has problems in their lives, however I renewed my gold membership about a month ago or so and was something like thirty quid and lasts till next April. That to me, for what I get from the site, a really great deal. A lot of people would spend thirty quid in three or four hours pissing it up against a wall. Each to their own I suppose but I find it value.
On the stalking issue, a lot of the admin on here, from what I've seen, are just like you and me on here and don't receive payment and probably don't have the resources to be dealing with stalkers. It's a terrible shame that women have to endure over zealous males who are still attached to their mothers by the apron string or their tit. Personally I think, if everyone had to use their debit or credit card to register, it would cut out a lot of the messers and add to security of site members. |

Haha, noooooo. Whilst I'd be flattered I already have enough responsibilities. I think I'll just stick to being the helper outer and thread clown though if the position had enough perks then......hmmmm I'd certainly mull it over. I'd be a bigger clown not to. |

There's loads of different options Craig, silver or gold or a few weeks or a few months. Check the options and pick the lowest coating one and see how you get on with it. If you think it's not worth it, don't renew and see what it's like without it and you'll see them what suits. |
