If you're talking sitcoms, that would be none of them. But I did like an idiot abroad and Gordon Ramsay's kitchen nightmares. But only the first half hour when he was lifting them out of it for having mouldy kitchens. |

Only fools and horses for me.
The characters were perfectly cast. The chemistry between them was wonderful. Very well written. It wasn't just cheap jokes. A true television classic . |

Bottom - RIP Rik Mayall
Vintage shows
Yes Minister - very clever

"So fabbers what do you think is best comedy tv series ever mine would be friends still crack up when watching the repeats lol "
Peel Show. Nine series, 54 episodes, and not one bit that I wouldn't watch over and over.
Failing that, Fawlty Towers |

"Blackadder. Hands down the best. Saddest ending in comedy history.
If I can't remember someone's name I call them Bob. "
How the fuck did I forget Blackadder? I'm currently watching season 3 again for about the twentieth time.

I'll say one thing about young Bob... He's certainly got balls! "
And likes to parade them around Mrs Miggin's pie shop. |

Blackadder - except first series when he was a snivelling little shit with a dildo hat.
Frasier - seriously good, sharp humour.
Rab C Nesbitt - exact opposite of Frasier but still class.
Red Dwarf - just out there in places.
Friends - I still laugh at repeats.
Fawlty Towers - Basil and Manuel brilliant. Don't mention the war!

Disease and deprivation stalk our land like two giant... stalking things"
It's full of classic quotes! |

"Used to love the IT crowd. Also love Modern family. But one of my all time favourites was MASH. "
Just remembered another that I loved in my teens. BBC2 used to run old Harold Lloyd movies every day, I really loved those. |

"Oh, another one I just thought of....... who remembers Harry Enfield and Chums???
That show was hilarious.
Was that the series that gave us Tim, nice but dim? "
It certainly was plus Wayne and Waynetta Slob. Was so sad to see that show end but after a while ya do run out of ideas and when you reach that point where you're struggling for new ideas better not to ruin what was been a good thing to that point.
Harry Enfield was a brilliant at observing people and then portraying them in an exaggerated form. |

Some of those 1950s style black and white "informational broadcasts" are hilarious... Women, know your place! Etc |

"Anyone ever watch London Irish ?
There was only one season on ch 4.
Must have been cancelled.
I thought it was funny ."
I watched it. It was hit and miss at times but I mostly found it funny. I was disappointed that there was never a second series. |
