Am kinda awkward but taught this might be a good place to find some advice if any guys on here have or had the same problem as myself
My problem being that I find it hard to cum during intercouse. Keeping hard no problem there and enjoyment again no problems just can't shoot my load. |

All the above is excellent advice. The all-too-available access to ANY type of porn and as a result over stimulation during masturbation COULD potentially give rise to what your are talking about.

P.S. if I am with someone I actually prefer NOT to cum often....... Could be a number of problems lets go true some of them well in my personal experince...
1 watching porn can have a major impact on it
2 wanking/playing too much
3 not enough sleep and diet
4 stress can cause it and other mental health issues not saying you have mental health issues.. could be just a bad day at the office type thing...
5 smoking & too much alcohol intake can slow it down so that can also affect it..
6 medications can aslo affect it
Maybe take a break for a few days aslong as u can get it up i cant see anything wrong down there but im not a doctor. So maybe a bit of fresh air (exercise) drink plenty of water try too be porn free for it.. and see how you get on on day 4...
Though honest try at least a 3 day break from porn an playing etc after the 3 days if your still struggling its a trip too the GP me thinks
