"GOT Part 2 Sally!!... good on you x
This is to good to not keep it going ... we will have to be carefull next week though and not let anything out till we've all seen it "
From your last comment on the previous thread, you think the Night King will kill? But if Bran is locked inside the body of a dead man how can the Night King speaks unless Bran speaks and shows Jon? The Night King already marked Bran and could have killed Jon snow if he wanted to umpteen times. |

Mmmm interesting. . Jon has had quite a few near misses now. I don't think Bran is untainted ... I think he may know Jons parentage and is out to destroy and claim the iron throne.
We are all working on the presumption Bran is good. I don't think Bran is good anymore. |

No theyre 2 different people. ... arent they???
The build of the mountain against the build of Beric would tell me no. Theyre in different places anyway. |

I'm in two minds as to who is the prince that is promised. Azor Ahai. The one who defeated the whites during the fight of the long night the last time.
It's either Jon Snow because it's Rheagars son. And umpteen comparisons as to why he is the prince that is promised.
Or Jamie Lannister. Here's why. This may be long ??
1.
Azor Ahai made a sword and put it in water and broke on him. Comparison - Jamie broke down to Brianne of Tarth as they bathed in the water shortly after his hand was cut off. Looked and sounded like a broken man.
2.
Azor Ahai made a second sword and put it through the heart of a lion and it broke again. Comparison - Cersi always blames jamie for the death of their father by freeing Tyrian who put an arrow in the heart of him. Lannister banner is a lion and there I get the comparison.
3.
Azor Ahai then made a third sword and put it through his loves body killing her. And the sword did not break. Comparison - Cersi according to the prophecy will be killed by the Valenquar. (Little brother) she thinks it's Tyrian but jamie is the younger twin from her. Should he kill his love Cersi can then jamie be the prince that was promised? And help Jon and Danny fight the white walkers.
So many theories in one show it's awesome

Im stumped at the above theory i had Brienne or The Hound as the prince who was promised.
Brienne purely by her hair colour. I was thinking she was Targaryen descent. Jamie gave her his valeryian steel sword Oathfinder.
The Hound being the dog described in old nans tale to Bran. His re birth when his face was pushed into the fire as a child."Born of salt and smoke"

Why do you think that? Too obvious maybe? You gotta remember GRRM is a fecker for twisting the story. |

True but George does establish everything in advance so that when you look back you can see it was coming.
She is the only one who has created a weapon that can be used against the dark and unless the series differs it has been pretty much confirmed in the books |

Agreed on the boat sex scene being too short. Mind you jons bum looked like a ripe peach!! So is she pregnant now do you reckon? The witch told dani there would be death before she could give life again. With the death of her dragon Viserion, who she classed as one of her children...is the witches spell broken? |

Last night was AMAZING. I always knew Sansa was a fucking badass! Littlefinger getting his arse handed to him was the most satisfying thing I've ever seen.
Honestly thought Jaime was done for. That would have really upset me. |

I'm team Tormund! Hope he survived the Wall coming down
I read a theory before that Jaime is actually Azor Ahai/the Prince That Was Promised, maybe that's why he's still alive? He's a representation of the Norse god Tyr, who was the champion of mankind in Norse mythology. It's a really interesting theory, the blog is called Game of Thrones and Norse mythology if you fancy a read |

Just like that, he fell with the wall? Not a snowballs chance of that happening when all the big characters who died, did so in spectacular fashion. Its a very weak ending for such a character like Thormond. |

Yeah, I think two characters as long-standing as Tormund & Beric would not be killed out of shot/offscreen. Admittedly, it doesn't look good for anyone at Eastwatch, with the Army of the Dead overrunning the fort, but if they're going to die, we'll see it in the next episode, it didn't just happen in that scene. It would be totally anticlimactic after the events of the previous episode. |

She still died in a spectacular manner though blown up by wildfire with nowhere to run isnt bad for her! If Tormund was going to die, he should have died being dragged into the frozen lake by 3/4 wites in episode 6... you dont actually see the wall falling on him and Beric..ye see the wall imploding behind them as theyre running. Which makes me think theyre both still alive. |

Watched it in a pub. There was a huge collective gasp whenthe mountain drew his sword...Jamie taking him on and out would have been the cherry on top!!
Loved Littlefinfer as a character and how he was acted but really think that whole Winterfell story was convoluted and badly written in S7
