Because they are all done up, perhaps, and assume the viewer won't notice the background. |

i think its very thoughtful , first and foremost they are sharing a pic of how fine they are looking and most likely felling , and second they are giving us a glimpse into a part of an establishment that we ( us men )wouldn't normally get to see otherwise ,
never look a gift horse in the mouth !
