Worringly I've dropped a couple of kilos and had to buy new jeans today as I'm lighter with a smaller waste than when I was 18. Been doing a lot of sport and quite a few late late nights but could it be a sign of an underlying illness ?

Yeah unexpected weight loss can be a medical condition, like cancer etc.

I am losing weight but its part of a program I am on. I would like a sixpack, slowly getting there.

Definitely get a blood test to be safe pal. But sports and late nights probably the cause. Wouldn't worry too much.

It's summer so it's BBQ and beer here. I've probably put at least a stone on this past 3mths but so enjoyed it.

Maybe after the Big Grill next weekend I'll start thinking of eating more sensibly and a bit more exercise than reaching for the next bottle or turning the food

Well done to all who have chosen the opposite path though

To be honest I only want to get down to a size 14. Had a few outfits I wanted to wear again . So I joined a gym and cut down ok my food I don't drink so I did not have that problem to deal with. One thing I found a great help was and it may sound mad but I use a smaller plate so it looks as though I am having a normal dinner
