We're looking to go away over Xmas for 10 days say from 24 December. Anyone been away that time of the year and willing to recommend a location. Open to all ideas so folks thanks.

We did Milan/montreaux/Geneva last Christmas time. Leaving 26th and had New Year's Eve in montreaux. It was great to get away rather than hang about at home doing nothing.

We went to Oslo a few years ago. Nice and cold.

We are looking at somewhere hot this time.

It's a great time to get away in my opinion. So go for it guys!
