Well basically hair colour is decided by melanin which wouldn't really be a factor in any person's personality as there are so many factors involved.
However (natural) blondes aren't as common as darker hair colours which would make them more desirable and sought after and perhaps it is the attention they receive which can make them feel more inclined to live a bit.

Dark hair and sallow skin is nice..
Blonde hair and fake tan is nice..
Red hair and freckles is yum..
Brunettes and a great smile is hot
Two tone dyed hair and a cheeky smile is a turn on..
Shaved head tatts and a angry horncat hits the spot...
