I think it's outdated and old fashioned, but it's still worth having for the crowds it draws to tralee and surrounding areas and for the extra employment it creates. |

Fooking disgraceful in this day and age having The Rose Of Tralee just for women...
There should be a men's section where lad's show off their party pieces like drinking three pints in a minute, mooning the audience and belching out to Despacito 
Discriminatory events like this has this bloody country the way it is  ...

Random I know but I used to "see" a married lady in the north for about a year this is about 8 years ago. She was (probably still is) gorgeous early forties. After a while she showed me a pic of her a lot younger. It was of her at the rose of tralee as winner! So I have "had" a rose lol. |

There is a bit of a buzz around the town but it mainly seems to consist of young (and I mean young) people getting totally wasted on drink ......... I tend to avoid it as much as possible.... |
