I joined the gym bk in April got good enough results myself but recently contacted a PT as I had hit a plateau, he designed a food/gym plan for me. Amazing results since but it's very difficult and tough at the minute, no one said it would be easy thou hope you get some good advice |

Am a PT... and it's 100% about motivation. The person who shows up consistently at the gym, follows a common sense training program and eats healthy most of the time finishes ahead

3 meals a day . Oats in the morning decent lunch and dinner
Lots and lots of veg
Exercise 3 times a week, serious excercise like kickboxing / rowing etc. Gym gets boring
Limit the booze. 1 glass of red a night
Get a scales that shows body fat as well as weight
Get a routine going, don't give yourself excuses and go get it done
Easy. I lost 4 kg in 6 weeks |

I will try that tomorrow. Thank you.
Has everyone seen the new products coming to Lidl? From next monday/tuesday?
Proteinella - a nutella mix with added protein (omg nom nom).
Protein Bread - a bread with added protein.
2 different types of protein pasta, one with green pea protein and the other chick pea if I remember right.
Are you all excited about it as I am? |

It's got 1 gram more protein than Nutella all that is marketing to be honest |

"It's got 1 gram more protein than Nutella all that is marketing to be honest "
Proteinella has got 13g of protein per 100g
Nutella has 6g of protein per 100g.
The smallest tub is 200g, which means 13g total more, or over double the protein per slice.
You might have been confused because it works out at 1g per serving.
I don't think it is just marketing. If you want to replace protein powder drinks with something you can live with every day, then counting every gram and pushing it up where possible makes sense.
If you added it all up, from protein milk, bread, proteinella, proteinpasta you could easily replace 1 shake without really even trying. That is of course depending on the bread/nutella tasting nice. |

"Any personal trainers on here into doin diet and programe plans ? I need some motavation lol "
Mate you're in great shape you don't need any BS PT just keep doing what it is you're doing. Train hard, rest and eat CLEAN. It's mostly about your diet. No point in putting in the work and then going to the chip shop or whatever it is people do these days and eat fast shitty food or to the pub full of beer. Keep training, rest well, and eat good food. You've a great body |

My friend told me that so I just checked for myself, there is 1.6g extra per 20g in proteinella which is a typical serving.
I agree it's good to spread protein over different foods but this produce has minimal protein. I think it's marketing there is one more calorie per 20g in Nutella so people who see proteinella will think it's better than Nutella but it's now it depends what your looking for. Nutella has less fat for example. Companies stick protein on a produce and people Think it's better than the same preoduct or similar without protein wrote on it. All marketing in my eyes. |

I'll disagree.
But then again I disagree on most issues on exercise. I'll never turn down a chocolate bar over its fat content. You can offset its fat content and sugars dont hurt you. |

I know a fair bit about training. Depends on your goals. I train for strength over aesthetics. AS for a diet plan I only eat one meal a day and eat whatever I want for that one meal. Every second weekend I eat as much as I want. |
