I'v a small bit of experience, I haven't masturbated in a month, I'm doing it for pre season training and il be honest I have noticed a marked improvement in energy and focus, in the gym and on the field, iv no idea how but this pre season's going a lot better then the last few. I'm not going off sex though thats just madness.
Hope this helps, I don't plan on masturbating until the season is out.

I made a choice to take 7 months without as much as a sniff of a man while i was completing the end of my degree. It does allow you time to reflect and evaluate other areas of your life. I did masterbate but once my exams were over god love the poor man who i spent the night with. He didnt get a wink of sleep. |
