Hey guys and girls

Wondering can anyone give me some info...

Got a very nasty abusive message sent to me today by some sick twisted asshole who immediately deleted his profile.

Unfortunately I wasn't online at the time so when I logged on and saw the message they had already left the site!!

Can I report this to fab admineven though they have already left the site??... and if so how?

Hey Laura it can be very unnerving when you receive nasty messages and if I was you even though the lowlife has left the site I'll still report it..

Sounds like the normal Keyboard warriors, I wouldn't concern myself with them. Every aspect of social media has them gutter rats.

Why do these sickos come on here. We're all here to enjoy our self's . It must be horrible to get messages like that . Sorry to hear that . I had a few run in like that but I think you have to get a little bit thick skinned other wise you won't last to long . Forget about them move on you better than them .

When u open the mail under the pink line which has delete message there's a report button on the left this will lead u to the report pg although the user is unlos

There's still an option to report a message even if the sender is gone. It should be easy to see on the message itself. Keep a screenshot of it for your own records, in case it's the first of many. Also block new and maybe even unverified users from contacting you. It might be an idea too to ensure that your friends list, and your friends' friends lists are not visible, as well as verifications either of you or by you. I know that might sound extreme, but I was harassed and stalked here relentlessly for well over a year by someone who sent messages for me through people whose lists I was on, when I closed off the ability to contact me directly. Hopefully for you, this will just be a once off.

I'd say report them,stop them joining under the same email address if the administration take it seriously,I know they can use a different email,but if they keep getting reported,they'll soon get fed up of having to create a new address

I managed to send the message to admin as any vile excuse of a man that threatens to attack a woman definitely needs addressed!!

It does happen , but thankfully rarely. In the main most people are lovely. It's unsettling for a while , but you'll be ok . Don't let the haters get you down X

Going by some of the statuses updates I'm seeing on my feed, this person has done it to a few people today. You did the right thing in reporting it....ridiculous what some of the idiots do on here. And as others have said, maybe adjust the filters so that unverified or new users can't message you?

Hopefully that's the end of it!
