So yours is a crane cage jump I'm guessing from 30 - 40 m
You will go up and down in the cage 3 or 4 times with other jumpers and each time you see someone else jump ...doing that gives you confidence and gets you used to the height.
It also allows you to see the different types of jump...facing the jump or facing into the cage I recommend facing the jump then it's a matter of simply letting go lol  |

James Bond did that one in "Goldeneye." A fall of 220 meters. For me it was enough just looking down.  |

It was fantastic on the day everyone was buzzing and a great reason to party afterwards. Would recommend it tbh |
