I agree. Pathetic in my opinion by someone who thinks highly of themselves but judging by their post they haven't got the one thing that makes a person, a nice personality!!!

Kinda harsh like.. someone puts themselves out there, last thing that should happen is they get smacked down.. life's tough enough with that on a forum for like minded folks..

noone attacked anyone.. just said them opinion!!

If you offer photo session obviously people expect you know what you doing..so obviously own pic is great too..but not in this case and someone just said them opinion not attacked Op

Call a spade a spade, ''twas a dig sure.. how many professional photographers have profiles on here.. and not like the man was saying he's an expert.. or submitting his pictures as proof of his camera credentials.. just looking for some one to take some pics with or whatever a photo session is..

Best of luck in your search, OP!

It would be reasonable to suggest treating your own profile as a kind of portfolio to showcase your ability, to entice any offers

I've always like the idea of a photoshoot

You dont have to be pro to have decent pictures...

Normal reflex when someone offer you to help on a photo session it s to check their own...

He should take it as an advice then...

Can people please remember to read the forum rules before you post, especially the one about respecting others.

If you want to be nasty/ rude/ dispute a ban/ discuss a persons profile when they have not asked for it, then don't be surprised if you end up on a ban.

To the OP, if you start another thread I will make sure the above doesn't happen again
