I have a spare room in my modern and clean gaff and was wondering if people ever need a room for their playtime as opposed to booking an expensive hotel?
I am not looking for a free ride (before people start being funny here :P ). The room has a door, which you can close for your privacy... |

"Appart from offer of play room it would be great to have a safe reasonably priced place to stay in dublin
Can't argue with that!"
Seconded!
The day rate hotels are sometimes a bother as you've only got access till 16:00... |

I would consider renting that room for weekends to well verified fabbers. I am not inclined to run this as a full on business, so it's not open to all but only to people within my filters range, with whom I could have a nice conversation over the morning cuppa. It's my home so I will not let everybody in obviously. |

We need one with a lift unless it's ground floor and wheelchair accessible and ideally soundproofed |

Guys, as I said, I am not running a business and am very happy with my preferences and filters. Whenever I put my filters up above 40, I get all sort of strange messages from ladies and couples that sometimes don't know how to behave (let's leave it without details...).
If you don't like my filters, the solution is pretty simple. Rent an apartment and allow all sorts of people within your filters to use your place as a playroom.
My home, my rules. Have some respect to that :P |

Surely it's very obvious that my comment was meant in a humorous way. Nobody disrespected your preferences or questioned what you do with your home therefore there is no need for your arrogant tone.
Good luck! |
