"Been there done that got the t-shirt....
No really I bought a t-shirt.
Oh and sell your grannie to get tickets, he is a superstar. Never has one man and a guitar ever impressed me so much.
"
What a great review! I love him, but not to the point of going to see him. Saw him on TV at Glastonbury, he's just brilliant. |

I saw him play Glastonbury too but thought he was only mediocre....
Now the Foo Fighters, THAT was a show! (But maybe I'm biased lol)

The Foo's were excellent!!
But both completely different..
It's amazing how one guy with a guitar captivated an entire crowd and they all sang his song..
That was magical |

Honestly, if you like music live he is really good. I didn't like or even know many of his songs when I saw him at O2. I was seated (which I hate) in a big arena, (again not my preferred venue)
And only went because it was rude to turn down.
Walked out converted. He did a load of dancey stuff, had sore throat but didn't miss a note. Came back out for encore and had everyone up dancing (expect a weird lesbian couple who sat not smiling, holding hands and tapping feet at most all night next to me. I knocked off her glasses with my ass when I was dancing, she wasn't impressed)
Now I've been lucky enough to go Glastonbury a good few years back.
Seen Travis, oasis, coldplay, stereophonics, muse, the charlatans (in really small pub venues in states) and even had back stage passes to the chilli's supported by the foo fighters, saw simply red, drank and did improv karaoke with UB40.
plus many more I can't believe how lucky I was moments and gigs.
(Missed Prince five times, including, when he turned up at a bar in Minneapolis that we just left 5mins beforehand and he did gig, just because he wanted to. So that's the forfeit to balance out my music luck) But still this skinny ginger guy ranked in my top five gigs of all time.

Am sure it will be a good gig but for me he a bit Meh ....
So much of his stuff is just strummy guitar with different lyrics. I got bored of his Glastonbury set after about 30 mins so turned it off.
But not many can do what he does so good luck to him but there are other artists i would rather go see.
The poor park is gonna get trashed again . The amount of broken glass and bottles at all the entrances after the last gigs was a total disgrace.
