Ice cream , ( the drink kind ) & chocolate all mixed together.....builds back up sugar levels.....plenty of water & no painkillers....... ur only hungover

Lots of water, pain killers if you have a headache, ice cold can of and salt and vinegar crisps ( can't remember what's in them but it's something that helps

) if I'm really bad though it's hair of the dog
