So I've posted this before but got little or no replies.
Me and my other half really wants to set up a swingers club as both of us are unemployed. Do you think there's a gap in the market? 
Also we would need to crowd fund as we found a 7 bedroom house with 4 bathrooms... is this something you would support? If yes or no - why?

hate to put a downer on your idea , but renting a property to be used as a swinging club is fraught with problems , the landlord could be done for living off immoral earnings , you could be prosecuted for running a bawdy house ( similar to a prostitution charge ) if in a residential area and neighbours complain or object , you would find it difficult to get funding from a bank or even credit card facilities due to the nature of the business and etc. Nice idea , but not something you venture into without a lot of research . |

U need to do a bit of research on this before u go any futher as regards planning permissions whether u can use the premises for comerical use and also licences u require to run a private club to avoid any legal issues that may pop up after |

Go to air b n b and find large apartments or houses to rent. I've thought about it but Organising and planning successful parties is time consuming and hard work, also having quality clientele is a job in itself insuring it doesn't. Crime a cock fest but also making it an experience that people feel is value and worth returning to |
