OP ring a hotel and tell them you need a room from 9 - 2 (or whenever) to prepare for a meeting. See if they'll give you a price. Unless fully booked, I'd guess they'd find you a room. They want your money

Airport hotels offer early check ins. So many people coming and going all the time its standard practice for them.
Might cost a little more but you wouldnt need to be out by 5 and could have all day and night.
