You cant go wrong with a voucher..for a spa day or a shopping centre etc. She can pick out what she wants herself then

I would like any of the following please:-

Voucher to get my hair/nails done

Voucher for a spa day

Voucher for a meal

Voucher for the jewellers

Are you getting my drift with vouchers? . I have boys your ageish - and God love them, they probably wouldn't buy me anything I actually liked. Apart from vouchers.

Vouchers are a good idea, but depending on the lady and your relationship to her, they can show a lack of imagination or a lack of inside knowledge of what the person would actually like. Unless of course she'd like a voucher

Is it for your mum OP? What have you bought her before - and did she like it?

Or was it vouchers?

Depending of the relationship you have with her

In my case I hate to get vouchers from someone close to me, I love the idea of someone taking the time to choose something special for me (don't need to be expensive)

For friends or others vouchers are fine.

Tickets for a show, maybe a local theatre production near her or for one of the big shows around the country if you want to splurge.

A night away in a hotel. There's some great deals to be had there if booked in advance.

A voucher for her favourite restaurant or even cinema tickets.

If she's special then your time is always a good thing to give. Nice lunch out or dinner or just while away the hours over a few drinks.

This! A voucher isn't very thoughtful. Either take her somewhere special or based on hobbies/interests/passions she has something that connect with that and enhances her love for it.
