Hey guys. A few drinks into a wedding and a relative asked me to house sit for them. It was a bit if a pain when I recalled but I figured I'd try and turn some rural iscolation into a positive situiation.

So:
I'm considering hosting a party for sexy fabbers interested next week -Wed/Thur/Fri/Sat -Majority rule.
I'd like an even balance of sexes so ladies and couples to the fore to begin with.
Let's see where this goes. |

All dates available but I'll suit the majority. Wednesday suits one couple but unfortunately that will unlikely be a party night. |

Don't worry I'll expertly pick the really good ones. Any divilment is confined to the bedrooms. I honestly think my uncle would cancel his holiday to stay for the party if he knew. For a relative I'd empty the bank account if anything happened...but it won't.

You clearly have no respect for your relative nor understanding of the risks in letting strangers into 'your' property.
Theft is a constant problem at swinger parties and you're inviting people into a house whose contents you are responsible for never mind inviting people to fuck in the beds of your family members who haven't consented?
Show some respect and rent a house - it's not like they are expensive in that next of the woods.

Do not tar everyone with the thief card ...yes there have been incidents at swing parties but it doesn't mean it happens at them all. Any party we have hosted it's been attended by guests who respected the property and other people's property ...you obviously have not been to many parties or perhaps the wrong company your keeping if that's your opinion |

Had he not mentioned it was his friends he would have full house ...we rent houses to party in without owners knowledge happens alot in the lifestyle |

I agree Jilly and you are right I would happily attend but this isn't rented it's behind a relatives back, who has left it in good faith.

Not that I should have bothered - but I've asked can I have a party and he said yes. I think a lot of you people who have never been to a fab event have this image of people swinging from the chandeliers or something. This will be hand picked people having drinks and acting on attraction of they so wish, in an adult way. |

Would you feel more comfortable breaking the terms of a tenancy agreement by throwing a party in a rented accommodation???
If so why??
Is that because it's a victimless crime, or because they are strangers, or because they will never know, by that reason, so are the original occupants of the property this young man is planning on hosting a party in.
In our opinion, he is more likely to be extra respectful of the property as it belongs to a family member. We can quite confidently assume he has already told them he would invite a few friends over and have a little get together.
Also, It is not like he's not going to clean the place up after him, we are sure he will make it swinger friendly before hand, change and wash all the bedding after, as all good party organisers do before and after a party. In our experience, parties like these take a lot of effort and extensive pre and post preparation so People like ourselves can just turn up, enjoy ourselves and leave.
If you don't want to go, don't. But leave this fellas thread alone so people who do, can, without all the negativity, as we sure we can all agree there is already enough of that on here already.

And who the fuck made you the forum police all of a sudden?? I'll express my opinion on it if I god damn well like and as you can also see from other responses, I'm not alone in my opinion either.
You're talking nonsense about tenancy agreements etc. I never mentioned anything about that, merely saying i would be well pissed off if I was the owner of the house he was sitting for. I'm well aware such an event isn't going to be a 'hanging from the chandeliers' type of thing as he put it, but odds are there will be people having sex there and most likely using the beds and/or furniture. If the owner is ok with this then play on. The impression I get from it is that the owner is aware some friends may be invited over but not that sexual activity is going to be involved and encouraged.
I'll say no more on this subject matter only to say that it says a lot about some of the people on it. |
