Just landed, and straight on the Go Bus! Body thinks it's 3am in the morning. Stay awake for the day, or...?

Stay awake till 8pm

No naps

You will be wrecked but best and quickest way to do

That's how I would get over the jetlag coming from the states for 8 years

Red is right - just stay awake ! Coffee and lots of it.

If you nap it's just screws up your regular sleep pattern for a few days

Just need to push through and live to where you are try to not go to sleep until your normal bed time will readjust your body. Anuthing else and it will drag on for days

Cheers, Guys. Just grin and bare it for today then. On the plus side, I'll replace the coffee for chocolate and just daydream about delicious thoughts of somebody's body covered in chocolate sauce and, hmmmm, enjoy that thought til sweet slumber tonight!!

Get a good breakfast into you...washed down with coffee.

Afterwards, If you live in an urban jungle, go wander around a few shops, buy a newspaper and then hit the pub around 1/2pm. A social pub. One you'll most likely end up chatting to someone in.

It'll keep you awake/occupied.

But don't drink too much lol.

You don't want to fall asleep on the bar
