Anyone any tips on how to help sleep besides sex ???+
It would depend on what your sleeping patterns are?Do you work shift or 9 to 5?Various things work for different people.Have you tried aromatherapy oils?Self meditation,yoga,maybe reading or even going for a run/walk just before bed time.Otherwise some people suffer from anxiety and struggle to get some shut eye.My personal fav is a nice sensual oil massage with soft music playing.I happen to have fantastic 'healing hands',so if the other options dont work?then PM me if you need some help "

A decent single malt works a treat for me. That or a case of Guinness!
If you get massage late in evening, you'll be very relaxed and likely great sleep.
If there's a happy ending provided, probably even deeper sleep |

Try almond milk before going to bed ... lavender scenes calms down...
If this is a regular occurrence go get checked out could be your thyroid or hormones acting up... good luck ... |

"Get a copy of "Peaceful Sleep " by Jan Sadler. Great book, full of tips to quieten the brain. Good mental exercises and visualisation techniques "
