Just realising how long I've been listening to him, from Soundgarden days, through Audioslave and his solo stuff, it's 30yrs!

I'm gonna really miss that amazing voice

My favourite singer ever seen him live twice, last year in Olympia was amazing , Cant believe it. Never usually bothered by celebrity deaths. Sad panda today

Very sad day for music, Eddie vedder was a very close friend of his, could see him cancelling his tour over this, Dublin gig in three weeks time, but can understand his reason

i remember seeing audioslave at oxegen i think it was in 2006, they where rocking! and hearing chris cornell's voice live was amazing! that moment when he got everyone in the crowd to throw their bottles in the air was class! haha never forget it!
