Apparently Susan has lost a shit load of weight and looks fitter and healthier. I haven't seen it myself but she has been described as looking like a model.
As a straight man I'd have to say I'd go for Boyle but being so close to death might make me say 'Fuck it!!' and go try the T-girl.
